Check in time, I could not use my Fidelity Credit Card on auto check in machine. So, made line again at personal desk.

Large hotel in an excellent location.

Rooms are a little outdated.

The staff are nice and helpful.

I booked a twin room in Main Building but when check in, hotel staff advised no twin room in Main Building was available and then changed to a twin room in South Building which was smaller than that in Main Building. - Disappointed

convenient for transportation because train station is in front hotel. Also getting good food fast, many choices at the train station. Staff the best!

Bed was hard and need english speaking or subtitles on TV selections.

Location was close to the station and close to shopping

the room looked like it was just remodeled from some old rooms. Bathroom looked untouched, it was really clean, just not new.

Incredibly convenient location (right across from Kyoto Station). Very lovely hotel for very reasonable price. Great store with wide variety of items downstairs. Very helpful staff.

The rooms are clean and setup nicely. The staff is incredible and goes over and above to help. My wife lost her phone on the train on our way to Kyoto and the concierge team worked with us the next morning to help us retrieve the phone.

The only mistake made was a small one. They accidentally gave us the wrong room when we checked in. They then remedied this mistake by upgrading our room for the second night we stayed; over and above in my opinion.

The value given the location of the hotel. Very easy access to Kyoto Station.

The outside was deceptive as it was not as pretty as the inside, but that didn't even make a difference.

The location is good & convenience, but our room condition is not very good.

Location, my default hotel when in Kyoto

Sometimes the room rates jump but that’s expected during peak season, holidays or an event.

We have stayed here many times and the location is useful.

The staff can be a bit rude. Maybe they are overworked? Can have to queue for the breakfast.

The hotel itself is huge. The location is great, given that's across the street from Kyoto Station. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast was pretty nice. It's got 4 restaurants, so you can pick the style of food you like.

That the work facility was only open from 8am - 10pm, and then it also has a cost.

Great location just mins to train station and shopping and eateries

The location is great; right across the street from the train station. The room was nice; could have been a little larger, but it was OK. Clear ice and filtered water on our floor was a big plus. The restaurants were pricey, so only had breakfast one day in the hotel. The breakfast had a large array of food and a very nice view.
